I hate how AI chatbots are influencing how I write things even though I never use them, because I often, at least subconsciously question whether something sounds AI written. These kind of cultural changes affect everyone, even non-users and it's not good.

Obviously the direct negative consequences are bad enough, but I feel like the worst subtle consequences of gen-AI is that it makes us all question whether real things are actually real
I get summer depression in the sense that I will not go out and do things as much as others do because of my depression and that will make me more depressed because it feels like I'm wasting my life and that there's something deeply wrong with my character
