What does the difference between the 🥇 and 🥈 position in search
I knew there was no traffic below the 5th position, but such a drop starting from the 2nd position surprised me

Apple is actively rolling out the new search
On 18.4, the welcome screen already shows it as a working feature active movements in search results over the last month
Observations: keywords separated by commas work better than direct hits (when the key consists of 2-3 words without commas)

🇰🇷 South Korea has implemented a verification system for subscriptions
- The user starts a trial
- The trial ends
🆕 Apple requests additional confirmation (via email and push)
- Charge / cancellation
Confirmation is only required when converting from trials and offers (when the price changes). If the user subscribes at the regular price, no confirmation is needed
The system was added due to local laws. It remains unchanged for other countries

Search in the App Store is changing. Tags will be added to keywords. Now it will search not by letter matches, but by meaning
So far only for some applications in the US. Within a year for all

I rarely use expedited review, but I needed it today. A lot has changed there:
1. You no longer need to specify a reason. Just select the app and you're good to go
2. If it's rejected, the new build will automatically go through expedited review
3. 🕐 "In Review" status appears 10 minutes after submission. It's likely automated. The process was quick—20 minutes from submission to store

TestFlight got a dark icon. This is a reference example for complex cases
If you have a clearly separated background and icon, you don't need to bother with this - the dark icon will be automatically added

Apple will be checking apps for the holidays. But with delays - I waited 3 days for the last review
No change for automatic review - they approve on the day of submission
