I do want to say that I heavily disagree with the proposed implementation of the third ban, for the following reasons:
- Does not help Hero Diversity enough
- Increases the draft time more
- Does not address the uneven draft opening
- Makes drafting harder

we need 1 more ban at the start of the game not in the middle and still both teams to pick 3 heroes before 2. banphase thats all
