If you and your team can make a meaningful and sustainable contribution in 1-2 challenging areas over 1-3 years, that is remarkable and praiseworthy work. Being drawn into 20 different areas will result in change fatigue and little to no impact. Do less but better.

Getting students engaged at home can be a challenge. Trying new things and experimenting with ways to improve online interactivity and enjoyment for our students is key.
