⭐️ @sprangaa and I had the joy of presenting about our @russellleaps approach to building a professional growth culture yesterday at the #growthcultures24 masterclass. Thank you @SimonBreakspear and @teacherhead for the opportunity to share (even though it was pretty scary!)

If you and your team can make a meaningful and sustainable contribution in 1-2 challenging areas over 1-3 years, that is remarkable and praiseworthy work. Being drawn into 20 different areas will result in change fatigue and little to no impact. Do less but better.

Parents send us the best kids they have -- the ones they love the most. When we’re mindful of that… we can be a little more patient, a little more tender, and a little more compassionate.

I’m not sure if you caught #BackToNatureAU on the ABC tonight, it’s a beautiful series to watch (it’s on iview), soothing for the soul, and after this news and the lockdown, we need it. Hopefully it will spark that protectiveness in us to look after our Country and the world 💚🌿
