Okay not chronic pain but chronic ache? It's just mildly annoying and I can ignore it but there are just some days where it spikes

I don't think it's carpel even if I joke about it sometimes and it just flares up randomly when I strain it for too long but it just lingers for days. Like it starts somewhere in my arm and on the wrist all the way to the back of my palm.

*it flares up randomly or I'm triggering it by accidentally straining it for too long (by basically doing anything with my wrist wtf)
