It's a win on the road as we emphatically beat @RCFCLadies development. Our patched up side worked hard all game with another 4 from Grace and 2 from Keeper turned striker Izzy. Great effort ladies #upthesprings

What an effort from our amazing #springs. After a hard fought cup final Tuesday losing on penalties, the girls bounced back and beat previously undefeated @PTFCTheRams with a convincing 3-0 win. #Upthesprings
