i will judge anyone who hates s6 of buffy tbh. i don't get it at all like that's GREAT television. most of the character development is insanely well done, especially buffy's of course. i also can't wait to rewatch now that im not willow averse anymore

i've been thinking abt s7 a lot... i think rly love what it explores with buffy & giles, the patriarchal undertones, etc. she's growing up and more independent which obv causes issues with her father figure. it's maddening but it stems from love and that's so... good?

i used to hate it so much because it's upsetting to watch of course but it also makes sense and gives them so much depth. i think my only issue now is that we didn't get a proper resolution but i really like the concept itself
