Having trouble deploying to Azure using sqlpackage.exe with Always Encrypted. I have a SQLCMD variable in my project for my Column Master Key in Azure Key Vault. Getting Error SQL71621: Azure Key Vault URI '$(CMK1_KeyPath)' must be an well-formed, absolute URL #sqlhelp
