@finance_shriram We had two loans with your company. The phone number registered for the loans is changed. We are told you can't change the phone and also don't mail monthly statements home. How are we supposed to know the balance and details. No body answers the company phone#.

But monthly EMI's are deducted from the bank account promptly. So how will the customer gets regular statements. Called your 1800 number at least 10 times. I am not sure even if it is in service. What's going on??

90 days have passed since I first filed for refund. Their folks told me twice, sent to Accounting dept, wait for 20 days each time.
@airindia customer service number doesnt work, they scarcely respond to emails, on twitter when they do its's mostly system generayed reply. What is this and why so many customers have to suffer. They should be put under inquiry and banned to fly feom SFO.
