Had to call her out 😂🤣
A legal news outlet @LawBeatInd platforming a non lawyer with history of vile behaviour towards women, to attack @SauravDassss who has more integrity and spine than them is why it will never match Bar & Bench and Live Law.

Delighted to welcome the legendary Guns N' Roses to Guwahati on November 17, 2026, bringing one of the world's most iconic rock bands to Assam. Following the historic success of Post Malone's concert, Assam's rise as a global live entertainment destination continues to gather momentum. As fans travel from across India and beyond, they will experience Assam's hospitality, culture and vibrancy, while creating new opportunities for tourism and the local economy.

Koi nahi, tumhara standard weise bhi kaunsa high hein? And tum toh khud fail ho jaati.
Why should AIBE continue to be a copy paste exam of previous year questions? I’m glad that they are finally trying to raise the qualifying standard. Candidates are expected to fucking know the shit they invested 3/5 years in. AIBE XXI folks wouldn’t have crib so much about the exam had they thoroughly gone through the AIBE XX. The pattern has been completely changed. Our batch faced the surprise shift. Don’t know why everyone’s acting shocked now. But yeah, they do need to do something about the exam centres. Such a pain.

Wrote about Assam tea, youth, and the future of trade governance. Honoured to learn that the piece will be referenced in an upcoming WTO Young Trade Leaders report presented in Geneva.

"I didn’t pick up a girl from that garbage dump. I picked up a diamond." This is not a movie story. A real miracle happened in the state of Assam. Soberan, a 30-year-old man, earned his living by selling vegetables. He was not married yet. One evening, while returning home after work, he heard the sound of a baby crying from the bushes near the road. When he went to check, he found a new born baby girl left alone on a garbage pile. The child had been abandoned. Soberan looked around, but no one was there. The baby was innocent, cute, and beautiful. Not knowing what else to do, he took her home with him. He decided to raise the baby himself instead of getting married. He named her Jyoti. He worked hard every day and night to take care of her, making sure Jyoti never faced any hardship. He sent her to school and fulfilled all her needs. Even if he went hungry, he never let her suffer. Jyoti completed a degree in Computer Science in 2013. She then began preparing for competitive exams. She passed the Public Service Commission exam in 2014 and got a job as an Assistant Commissioner in the Income Tax Department. Soberan cried with joy when he saw his daughter achieve something he never had the chance to do. Jyoti now takes care of her father, but even after all her requests, he still continues to run his vegetable business. Soberan told the media, "I didn’t pick up a girl from that garbage dump. I picked up a diamond. She is the light of my life." Both of them are truly inspiring people.

Make this nigga work one day in a chamber if he doesn’t start crying i wont take a month off. Screaming infront of arnab is way easier to do what the judiciary does . Stfu
Starting tomorrow, Supreme court of India is on a six-week summer vacation and will be operating at just 19% of its capacity. There are 53 million cases pending in Indian courts - 93,143 of them are pending in the Supreme Court. A judge can go on a vacation, a judiciary cannot.

There are two short clips where the legendary poet Bashir Badr’s wife is helping him recite his own couplets. Dementia had affected his capability to recite his own creations from memory. They both laugh after finishing the couplets. Choked up watching those clip again today.

Senior Advocate V Mohana's proposed elevation is wonderful news. She is highly intelligent, patient and kind. So is Senior Advocate Liz Matthew. Much of the SC Bar is hopeful that her proposed appointment by the Collegium to the Kerala HC will be cleared by the Centre.
