Agree, and this is also true of design.
Design leaders should be highly technical and spend a large % of their time actually designing and reviewing work
I strongly believe that all managers in a technical area must be technically excellent.
Managers in software must write great software or it’s like being a cavalry captain who can’t ride a horse!

Categorising women like they’re commodities. Threatening them to do something against their will in exchange of mentorship. Treating people differently based on their gender. NOTHING GOES UNSEEN. It all comes around. You reap what you sow.

Our second take on grocery, this time powered by Swiggy. Really excited about this as I can finally order most grocery items at one place, all within 30 mins. Great work by all teams @swiggy_in and there are a few ux delights @swiggydesign has baked in here. Do try it out!

Today, I complete 15 years in design but feels like I just got started. I began my journey with a hope of learning from the greats and vowed to bring good design to Indian consumers. Heck, to be frank wasn't sure if I could make a career in design but I've come a long way!
