Nazism lost in the sense it is not the dominant ideology, but won in the sense it got to completely dictate the actions and ideas of its opponents, even to the opponent's detriment. This has been catastrophic for Britain.

I think the UK police are scum. Their job is to arrest the mild mannered middle and working classes the moment they speak out of turn. They ignore the rich and powerful for obvious reasons: they let actual criminals do their business because that is integral to their system.
