As the former top r/LSF moderator I got a lot of internal criticism for refusing to allow my team to have frequent "votes" on every tiny single decision, as well as for (occasionally) overruling people or acting unilaterally.
Stuff like this, though, is part of the reason why I ran the team the way I did.
Running a major viral platform like LSF ( that requires quick and decisive action) by committee slows things down to a crawl, diffuses responsibility, and allows disaffected mods to gum up the works.
For important decisions that require a quick response sometimes you just need a dictator to take action and accept responsibility for the resulting consequences.
I would have removed the post, for clearly breaking the clickbait title rules.

What the snarkers fail to realize is that the issues Moistcritical ran into for his middle of the road take are exactly the same that H3H3 ran into.
In both cases, if you don't pass their perfect purity test, these people will try and destroy you. Any dissent is unforgivable.

Ok @PiscoLitty , since we now have court precedent that react content can be transformative have you considered that actually Ethan DID protect fair use reactors by losing this case and setting precedent protecting them?

Denims gets a win in the Ethan Klein copyright case for the Nuke claim. The court has held tentatively her reaction was fair use.
As I previewed weeks ago, if court relied on Stebbins, Denims would be in a good spot.

Honestly, Iām shocked none of the gaming studios did any clipping campaigns with their games being shown in the showcases.
Weāre seeing it everywhere for music, movies, influencers, but not gamesā how is gaming behind on marketing distribution (performance marketing too)?
Clipping the showcase would have been the perfect way to do a clipping campaign.

I see all these Kanban boards, linear, trackers on X, but what I'm trying to do is skip that step entirely. If there is something that you want to file in a tracker, just go fix it immediately. Isn't that way better? No backlog, just fixes.

Well the guy deleted and privated all his stuff. So I am going to chalk this one up as a win and call it a day!
I didn't even have to submit a single report, as apparently these people break the rules so often that they are terrified of even the threat of reports.

Its people like this who are exactly who I was talking about in my videos of people who are completely deranged.
So, because of that, I want to test something out.
This is a public call to action, to make valid and true reports on any rule breaking behavior that this person has done either on their twitter account or on their youtube account which is: ***Mrowlive***
People keep talking about mass reporting and how its so scary. Well I am not sure. I want to test it out. What *does* happen when you go through every piece of content of a drama streamer and see if they broke any rules?
I'm legitimately not sure, but tomorrow I am going to spend a few hours, vibe coding an AI to go through video transcripts and see if it can find anything. I just want to see if it works and I've been waiting for a good enough target. Well target acquired!
Unfortunately they haven't reacted to any of my content, otherwise I absolutely would have DMCA'ed them (only if it wasn't fair use though! I of course respect the DMCA, and would never DMCA transformative content which is your legal right to create!).
To anyone else who wants to join in on the fun, make sure that everything you do is within the TOS of the website that you are on, and you are only submitting valid TOS reports or valid DMCA requests.
Do *NOT* every go outside of valid TOS, not because of morality, but instead because it makes you vulnerable and can result in you being banned. The point is for your enemies to get banned and censored, not for it to happen to you.
Personally, I'm going after this guy (within the valid TOS allowed ways on all platforms!), because he is dumb enough to say stuff like this, and it makes him vulnerable, but if you have targets of your own feel free to use your own judgement and open fire!
And definitely message me if you come up with any innovative and TOS allowed strategies!
This entire "commentary" space is deranged. It is all worthless. And the only way it gets fixed is if the whole thing is burned to the ground. And this is my opening salvo.

There are not any massive bombshells, but it was entertaining none the less. Especially hearing the coordination, people collectively agreeing to not respond, and then him being worried about his videos that were created by an editor, not him.

All of the conspiracies are true though. The drama creators/snarkers just sit in voice calls for hours, giving each other advice on how to win various twitter fights.

I have been saying this for a while. Multiple major subreddit mod teams are compromised by foreign enemy governments.
And @Reddit just sits there and lets it happen. Reddit's problems start and end with its anonymous, biased, and unqualified moderators.
