Why I Built Propex: Bridging Real Estate and Bitcoin for Financial Freedom In recent years, I've come to a deep conviction: the global financial system, led by central banks and based on fiat currency, is a fragile construct that unfairly impacts the financial stability of everyday people. Each year, the fiat system continues to erode our purchasing power through inflation, essentially "taxing" our earnings as more currency is printed without backing. It's as though we’re on a sinking ship, with fewer life rafts available, and every macro or geopolitical event affects the rise harder. This understanding set me on a journey to find alternatives— safer, transparent, and predictable financial system that protects, rather than erodes, the value we work so hard to build. That search led me to Bitcoin, which I have studied in every way, and that helped me to understand money and monetary systems. Unlike fiat money, Bitcoin is neutral, distributed, and mathematically limited in supply, offering a system backed by math and computer science rather than by the policies of central banks. Its decentralized nature, open network, and fixed issuance schedule provide a stable monetary foundation where value is not simply siphoned away by inflation but preserved transparently. For those looking to escape the inflationary spiral of the current system, Bitcoin presents a new model: one that resets the value equation. As Michael Saylor famously said, "Our role as entrepreneurs is to create conduits to bring the old world of money into the new world of Bitcoin." Propex is my answer to that call.
