Priory poppets have been using Fay 5 a day and 2 snacks Max to help them talk about and count fruit. This is a great way to talk about the importance of fruit and encourages the 5 a day message. Thank you for sharing your practice with us.

The WHO's evidence-based global Guidelines are that children aged 3-4 Y/O should, in a day, have at least 180 mins of physical activity, of which 60 mins should be moderate to vigorous intensity, have less than 1 hr of sedentary screen time, and receive 10-13 hrs of good sleep.

A Cross-Sectional 2025 Study showed that on average children are not meeting the Government guidelines of 180 minutes PA daily. They were getting 148 minutes a day and this dropped by 16 minutes on weekends. Of this, 123 minutes were light movement. journals.humankinetics.com/v…
