Product Design Lead in B2C/B2B — crypto, fintech, messaging, enterprise. Led design on Resolv (TVL $10M → $530M), launched Integrity as #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt, built the design function at Humans from 0→1M MAU while scaling the team 1→8.
Aaaand making my own products by orchestrating my AI buddies, full‑on: domain‑driven, clean code, langfuse for granular AI tuning, backend and frontend through Hono, and so on.
What’s the point? I’m open to new projects in different formats and scales
If it’s about founding design, a year ago I’d have stuck to design product, now there’s a third: dev, I’ll take it from idea to production rollout

At some point, we realized something important:
The hiring process isn’t broken because of a lack of opportunities It’s broken because of how matching and screening work.

Over the past year we — Ivan Malov @stateofcoding and Stas Leontiev @stasleontyev — designed and developed the first version of the platform. Workspace:

• Enables candidates to find highly relevant roles autonomously

We just migrated part of our linting from @geteslint (left pic) to @OxcProject (right pic). The impact on our CI was immediate: the lint job dropped from ~8 minutes to ~1.
Faster checks mean faster shipping. We’ll keep tightening the feedback loop across the pipeline
Trying to cut down the time I spend on interview prep. I still research companies myself, but AI helps with the boring parts: summarizing info, breaking down roles, and highlighting what actually matters. Saves a lot of time.
How do you use AI when preparing for interviews?
Genuinely confused how @loops is popular (and YC-backed) when @resend exists. No real dev/prod story (single signing secret, one domain per workspace), manual flow syncing, domain verification pain. It feels like MVP tooling in 2025.
