The amount of people that don’t go school, don’t go to therapy, and don’t engage socially because they feel economically insecure and there’s a price tag attached to these activities is evidence of that hard to measure social decay caused by capitalism

Biden saying that there would be no safety for Jews without Israel is reminiscent of Hannah Arendt’s concept of “enteral anti-semitism” - the idea that Jews should be united under and always expect to be treated poorly. As Jews we must avoid this trap that Israel thrives on.
