New Sermon Series Starting on Sunday!
Over the next few months, we’re going to spend some time in John (mostly) tracing some of the questions Jesus faced and how He answered them. This will be a good way to prepare our hearts as we lead up to Easter and reflect some after Easter
Over the next six weeks, we will be studying the book of Ruth. This short book punches far above its weight class and gives us so much to wrestle with. I would encourage you to take 20 minutes out of your day sometime this week and give it a read.
To begin 2025, we will be spending 4 weeks on the subject of anger. Anger is an emotion we experience when something we love is threatened. We can be good & angry but we’re often just sinfully angry. In this series, we’ll aim to understand & transform our anger.
Baptism is an outward sign of an inward reality. The reality is union with Christ. In Christ, what’s true of Jesus is now true of me. And what belongs to Jesus now belongs to me. Baptism puts those truths on visual display.
1 Peter: Sojourners, Sufferers, and Siblings This Sunday will mark the start of a new sermon series in 1 Peter. Why 1 Peter? We chose this book specifically because it talks about our identity as Christians.
We had a great time on Sun. enjoying a meal & spending some unhurried time together as a church family. As our fiscal year ends & a new year begins, we’re looking forward to what God will do in our midst. Baptisms are coming & Groups will be launching soon. More details to come.
This past Sunday we celebrated 4 years as a church family! “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
New Sermon Series Alert!
Starting this Sunday, we will begin a 2-week series called "A Body of Praise." What does the resurrection mean for our physical bodies? And, how does that then impact how we worship?
It's Holy Week and we would love for you to join us at both our Good Friday service as well as our Easter Sunday service. Both services will be at the Levine Senior Center. For more details on services, please click on this link: steadfast.church/gatherings/

There's a lot happening at church in December. Our Advent sermon series will center on the hymn of Christ in Philippians 2:5-7. We'll also have a church Christmas party, a combined Lessons and Carols service, and an evening Christmas Eve service.
Thanks to the skills of a generous gentleman in our congregation, we had some lettering installed at the church office this week. It’s a small thing but emblematic of deepening our roots in the community.
It’s Holy Week and we wanted you to have all the details regarding our services.

One of our interns, Tom Greene, preached on Mark 6:30-44 this past Sunday and reminded us that Jesus provides: rest, at cost to Himself, for those who don’t provide for themselves, miraculously, and generously.
