It was an honour to attend the Multi-Faith Service at Gurdwara Gur Panth Parkash, Leicester. A very warm welcome and wonderful experience. A reminder that the RAF has always welcomed people of all faith and a commemoration of the sacrifice they have made.

So after the runner did a fantastic job running from Elgin to Forres in the searing heat. Cpl Norgate and SAC Ward saddled up the horses and rode 24 miles down the Dava Way, where they were met by the staff and students of FDTC Grantown. @raflossiemouth. @RAFEquestrian #inspire

Yesterday morning 7 students and 5 instructors set out from Grantown-on-Spey to cycle the RAF100 baton to Douneside House a meer 71.5 km journey that included hills (mountains) thrills and a lot of untraditional dismounts. @raflossiemouth #mountainbiking #inspire #Commemoration
