Mike Brown coached his tail off all year long.
Karl-Anthony Towns is stamped. On top of being great, he did his job.
Jalen Brunson, I don't quite have the words.
Josh Hart every time folks tried to get him out of there he just kept making winning plays.
OG Anunoby was about as steady as anyone could be on both ends of the floor. Timely shots. All the defense.
Mikal Bridges didn't flinch and found his spots.
What a journey for that New York Knicks team. To ride the highs and lows of the season. To adjust on both ends of the floor. To buy in as a group, contribute when needed. Total team effort. Unreal playoff run.
Castle's going to have to just get back to playing. Whichever whistles he hasn't gotten can't take away the aggression on either end. Brunson starting to leverage it against him and Knicks realizing his P&R is to make reads.
Jalen Brunson has once again poked at whatever separation the Spurs have created. Going to have to respond and be ready to guard because Brunson's not stopping.
78 percent sure the Spurs have started the 4th quarter with some version of a double P&R. If nothing else that action makes them be intentional and get to multiple actions. More timely in transition than pure turbo button.
Spurs have sprinkled in this action through this series. Double P&R to get Brunson involved. This time his man (Champagnie) is the first screener with Wemby as the second screener. Brunson shows but Wemby slips. Robinson back pedaling, Fox takes the space and scores.
The Spurs once again hold the Knicks to shooting sub 40% in a quarter. The Knicks once again find a way to chip the lead back down to 7 and hang around.
12 minutes someone has to go take them.
