Update: Lee Anderson has deleted the AI-generated image he posted to claim the Jimmy Savile sign photo was fake.
The photo was real. Stephen Pownall confirmed it. The same four people, same gate, same street appear in a genuine canvassing photo posted to Facebook this evening.
Anderson published a fabricated image to interfere with the public record the day before a by-election. When it was exposed he removed it without explanation or apology.
That is the record. Anderson is a liar.

Reform UK are desperate for the “I’d rather vote for Jimmy Savile’ pictures posted by their Councillor Gemma Painter to go away.
Problem is, they can’t explain why the man in the photo also posted pics of his sign and they don’t seem to be able to produce their so called ‘originals’ for both pictures.

Gemma is Kenyon’s fellow councillor on @WiganCouncil.
