Such fools are simply to be laughed at. No one in their right mind can take them seriously.
The Places of Worship Act (1991) is firmly in place. The Supreme Court needs to explicitly direct all lower courts that no such plea can even be admitted, leave alone heard.

PS: The Ajmer Sharif is a Sufi Shrine that is revered by both Muslims and Hindus. To even think that such a place can be talked about by anyone with anything but the highest respect can only be a sign of a highly underdeveloped and uneducated intelligence.
