many innovations are needed to meet these targets. Not just VR. Open gyms, exc/activity classes, structured indep practice, use of other technology to increase the no. Of reps. Needs vareful review of how pts and staff's time is spent and organised. exciting times.

People who have had a stroke should be offered additional rehabilitation, according to updated guidance from NICE.
New evidence suggests that a minimum of 3 hours of rehabilitation per day over 5 days should be provided.
