Very interesting case today at UH Vigo. Pt with mechanical Mitral prosthesis and stroke under AC with TEE evidence of LAA thrombus. Watchman FLX under Sentinel protection. Complete sealing of LAA and thrombus recovery in filter. Great tools for complex cases
