Thank you @stuart_guest for an exceptional presentation around PCLA and how we can all foster even more belonging in our schools, supporting young people to flourish.

10/10 for The Wild Robot. Lots of beautiful parenting refences & great plot. Amazing animation and non-stop action. Covers themes including loss, trauma and adoption / fostering which will enable conversations of what family and care is - done very well Highly recommend.

This is what @GillianKeegan has said about attendance in her end of term email. I wonder if any children are picked on for being absent? 😢

The Tories should be ashamed of what’s being allowed to happen on their watch. Appreciate they’ve have had some pretty serious & unexpected things to deal with, but it’s very apparent that their priority now is playing politics and desperately trying to cling on to power.
Heads warn schools will soon be “unsafe” as having to cut crucial staff to deal with deficit. One head told me: “You have to do it to make your budget work, but what about the impact on the children? We keep asking ‘can the children cope?’” Sad stories. theguardian.com/education/20…

How do we join up all the dots and make people aware of just how desperate the lack of proper SEN funding/provision is across the entire country? It’s not fair on the children, the families, the schools, the professionals or even the councils. #crisis #scandal
