This 2017 Heathcote (Victorian) blend is stunning. A Vinorium import and remarkably fresh with a touch of bottle age and a funky blend of Shiraz, Malbec and Cab Sav and a hefty 14.8% alc. Its very very good

This was a real treat from the vinorium - beautiful drinking… rich, balanced and a long finish. Class

Had a 2017 Elderton Barossa shiraz last night for a treat and it was from the Vinorium and it was a definite 9/10

Feeling really chuffed as my mum’s visit winds down we are quaffing TWS’s own English white wine by Three Choirs. So so crisp and fresh and delightful and my Aussie mum is thrilled. Lovely

Does anyone know why Avina sparkling wine stoppers seem to have disappeared from the market?! I want another one but they don’t seem to exist which is very concerning. Such a good product

Lost. At some point in the series, Warner, Marnus and Smith will get runs so you have to wonder how England’s going to deal with that. I feel Aus were not at their best and somewhat fortunate (perhaps) to win. But what a game and I loved listening on the radio. More to come! 2/2

My reflections on a fabulous test match… England, despite having the upper hand for a lot of the match, couldn’t get the win. The Aussies scraped and scrapped their way to victory and the concern for England is that our three best batters barely contributed and they still 1/2

This is one of the best we’ve had in a while - Margaret River Cabernet made with a light hand… bold yet restrained and from the Vinorium which hasn’t ever let us down. Competes with any Cabernet in my opinion

A friend accidentally served water (that was in a wine bottle) as a white wine and I mistook it for Pinot Grigio lol

Organic @yalumba Viognier tonight and it’s beautiful! The peach and apricot element is restrained and elegant and while fruit driven finishes dry and the mouthfeel is super - merry Xmas everyone

Anyone who thinks Boris should lead this country again (who is like a floating turd that won’t flush away) then please unfollow me ASAP. We have become a laughing stock and beyond a joke

Sorry I’ve been absent for a while but was back in Aus for a much needed family catch-up. Even squeezed in a flying visit to langhorne creek - one of my fav wine regions

A baby Penfolds, but a Penfolds all the same. Deep, rich colour and some grunt behind it. Still love the wines of ‘home’ on occasion

This is from the wine society and one of the best - pound for pound - Spanish reds I’ve had in ages… so much body and smooth vanilla dark fruit! Delicious
