Finally got around to listening - always great to hear Andy's thoughts.
Time for subject specific professional learning is so important. The mistake of focusing on skills over knowledge was made twice: first in the curriculum for students, and in development for teachers.

📻 The politicisation of Scottish education over the last decade has been to the detriment of schools.
