This! Only this!
Teachers, stop trying to police children in their homes. It’s ridiculous and shows your incompetence. We are going through a pandemic. Empathy for others is what’s going to get us through this; not control and punishment.

Today I was blessed being in the same virtual space with some of the most amazing and dedicated teachers. We shared our hope, worry, and love for Ss, families, and communities. ❤️ Connections, love, grace, kindness, and support are needed for all educators! @ccps_gifted #oneccps

I am a mother & an educator. I am navigating the newness of our current situation with my two teenagers and my colleagues near and far. We are all figuring this out daily. Connecting and loving my people and community are the most important things I have on my list right now. ❤️

Definitely worth reading.
This is an important article (and unfortunately I can't find the tweet where I first saw it) on why we feel the way we feel. Naming this grief helped me understand it: hbr.org/2020/03/that-discomf…
