UP & Bihar need not compete with others on landscapes.
Foreigners need not & do not visit India to see beaches & peaks. For that, they have Brazil, Italy & Mexico.
They visit India to see Varanasi, Agra, Bodhgaya, Nalanda, Jaipur, Kailash temple, Brihadeshwara, Hampi.

3) A beautiful park nearby.
