SUBSTRATE.HOST NFC endpoints are now stateful archival surfaces rather than static JSON pages: observer count, last seen, current transmission, memory record. Also added: Boundary Output as visual correlate — instrumentation, not access.
SUBSTRATE.HOST v0.2 — inner pages for @substratehost are now a console layer. Portal → containment system, made structural. Navigation becomes commands-as-IA. Content reads as output/logs.
