1) Create a new gmail outside of your proxy 2) Add that as a manager to your channel (temporarily) 3) In the same profile as this manager email, login with your Adsense mail 4) Now open studio using manager access and link the channel with adsense 5) One linked, remove manager access and log the adsense mail out Note: The adsense account region has to be the same as your real IP Adsense now checks for geo data while linking new channels so it can’t be done inside proxies anymore

the biggest advantage small creators have: --speed-- you don't have teams you don't have millions of subscribers but you can move faster than everyone else you can: test faster pivot faster upload faster learn faster big channels often become slow they have layers meetings approvals processes small creators can test 20 ideas while larger channels are still discussing one speed creates feedback don't waste your biggest advantage if you want to surround yourself with other faceless channel builders: discord.gg/uPx66XbbNp

The 5 things you actually control when it comes to youtube: > The thumbnail and title every time you upload, you make a packaging decision. you control this completely and it's the first gate everything else depends on > The hook the first 30 seconds of your video determines whether the algorithm keeps showing it > The script how tight the pacing is, how strong the transitions are, whether each section earns its length > Upload consistency a channel that uploads consistently teaches the algorithm when to expect content and builds a returning viewer base that accumulates watch time > Niche and topic selection you choose the niche the niche determines what audience the algorithm builds for your channel and what advertisers will pay for that audience
