Subject: Ongoing Mercedes me App Issue – No Resolution After 6 Months

I’m writing again to express my deep frustration regarding the unresolved issue with the Mercedes me app on my EQE SUV 350 4MATIC, which has been ongoing for over six months now.
The issue started a few months after I purchased the car. I initially reported it to the dealer, who booked a service slot. However, during that visit, I was informed that they couldn’t fix it and I should contact the Mercedes me support team instead.
Since then, I have followed up through dozens of emails, often receiving repetitive instructions (which I had already tried and informed them about from the start). I was told changes were made on the server end, but nothing worked. I requested escalation or involvement of skilled technicians multiple times — unfortunately, my requests were ignored or not properly acted upon.
Eventually, two diagnostic appointments were arranged, each spaced roughly two months apart. Both yielded no resolution. I also found the service centre’s attitude quite unprofessional and dismissive, with no real accountability or expertise shown regarding the problem.
My most recent visit was on 18 June, after which I informed your team I’d be travelling abroad and requested a third appointment anytime after 21 July. However, despite multiple follow-up emails with tev_customer_service@mercedes-benz.com, I’ve received no response so far.
I’m not suggesting Mercedes lacks technical capability, but clearly, something is wrong in the way this issue is being handled — especially for a brand known for innovation and excellence. A car at this level should come with reliable digital support, and more importantly, a clear and responsive escalation process when things don’t work.
I still believe Mercedes-Benz can and should resolve this issue. I request a proper, high-level follow-up and a timely appointment after 21 July to finally fix this.
