78 years ago today, 750,000 Palestinians were expelled during the Nakba (Palestinian Catastrophe in 1948). Despite UN resolution 194, over 7 million Palestinians remain displaced and unable to access, visit or return to Palestine, but the Nakba is not in the past. With the genocide in Gaza and the continued systemic oppression of the Palestinian people, the Nakba is ongoing. This is not history repeating itself. It's the same crime... still unfolding. This is dedicated to the memory of those who were displaced, to those who were lost, and to the resistance that never stopped. We honor their struggle. We carry their story. 🌐 Explore more at: sumudpod.com
