Took @ViCustomerCare 10-day international pack for add on number Service didn’t work, and support couldn’t resolve it despite multiple chats. Why should I pay for this? We deserve better. All conversations saved. Disappointed. @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS @RavinderTakkar

@VodafoneGroup Took your 10-day unlimited call plan while in Indonesia—calls stopped working midway. Faced the same issue earlier in China. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no resolution. Not happy at all. This is unacceptable. #Vodafone #RoamingIssue
