Your only reason your paying $500 or more for rent in a new apartment is because of feudalism (it should be $0). City government and landlords are working together to extract your wage, the corporations takes the blame. Stop Trump and Sanders at the same time.

New idea: An AI cnc mill that is that is designed to build stuff on you property. For example a shed ( this could be bed, tv stand, dresser, fence, desk, …). Basically it can design the shed or you can look up an existing. It gives you a parts list. You put the 10’ by 3.5x3.5 wood in the mill. It makes the joints and shapes bottom in order. It tell you the wood piece you need and you just put it in the mill and line it up. The pieces are made in order and the shed could be built without a screw. Half lap, castle joints, pitched roof cuts, no problem. Put in the wood, line it up at 62” and press go. Come back, move it to 34” rotate a turn, press go. Come back and install the lincoln log on dry pour foundation as described on the computer. Done in a day, an expert victorian, amish craftsman.

A lame movie, but it reminds me of backrooms. The moon will be a boring place if everyone lives like techs. Next movie is in planning showing people living on the moon in different domes like a theme park but exciting - people need people.

Grok just solved a problem for me. If you put a 100 ft hose in a tub of water, the water should come out near 86 degrees, but in air the water might be 55. So I can water plants, take shower, and waste water at same time. Stainless steel hose is 10 years old like new.

Took a shower and warm. The hose is on wifi timer so going to move sprayer near patio. I let grass die in summer. But should have 10 by 10 green this year. Never felt cleaner wo soap. Go in phone click on 5 minutes, get a little vit D. Might even wash some clothes, swap everyday

To add: problem with free rent and electric bill trust, is that someone may move away and keep the apartment they use no electricity so not contributing. So it may be good to go back to $200 a month rent or 5% of income model.

The rent might be $100. But you can subtract your electric bill. Thus if move, you can still pay $100 to the trust. It puts less wear and tear on the building.

Not a perfect video. The vans were suppose to visit there, but pay for the electricity, adding to the trust. Unemployed people, kids, and the trust fund would maintain the place. The goal was to generate Olympic athletes in the smaller sports. Labor and stockowners make the city officials and landlords rich, not the other way around. The land brings the wealth to build the city. The land is free. The labor and capital monetize the land. The roof was also suppose to have big screen tvs.
