For India and Southeast Asia, ZLD is no longer a distant topic.
It is becoming a very practical question for many industrial sectors:
How can factories reuse more water, reduce discharge pressure, and still keep wastewater treatment systems running stably under complex operating conditions?
At Sunresin, we look at this question through real project experience.
Over the past years, Sunresin has participated in many industrial
#wastewater and ZLD-related projects in China, covering coal chemical processing, metallurgy, chemical manufacturing, high-salinity wastewater treatment, and centralized industrial park wastewater systems.
These projects are located across different industrial regions, including Northwest China, North China, East China, and South China.
The wastewater conditions are not simple.
In many cases, the systems need to deal with high salinity, fluctuating water quality, residual hardness, scaling risks, membrane fouling, and long-term evaporation stability.
This experience has helped us understand one important point:
A successful
#ZLD project is not only about selecting major equipment.
It also depends on details such as pretreatment design, hardness polishing, resin selection, regeneration strategy, operating stability, and long-term maintenance cost.
This is highly relevant for India and Southeast Asia, where industrial growth is accelerating and many manufacturing sectors are facing stronger pressure on water reuse and environmental compliance.
Sunresin hopes to bring not only ion exchange
#resins and adsorption separation materials to these markets, but also practical experience from complex industrial applications.
Because the next stage of ZLD development will need more than technology.
It will need proven experience.
