Things move slowly at the Land & Property Rights Tribunal, but our work paying off! This month we have received notices from the Land & Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) directing the finance department to pay $67,652 in Rental Recovery payments.

In addition, demands have been sent out to operators in the amount of $53,626. If those demands aren't met, these will also be directed for payment. That’s $121,278 that will be paid to our clients.
