Breaking my hiatus for this: Since people are coming back and realizing NaNoWriMo is gone and there are 238394 alternatives of varying quality, it's time for a confession.
I wrote the NaNo scandal doc that has found its way around the internet for the past couple of years.
Q: Are you writing in November? What alternatives do you recommend?
A: No, and I'm not endorsing any challenge. To be honest I've struggled with fiction for awhile and writing as a whole, even though writing is also my day job.

Why am I not sad about this
Now that NaNoWriMo is over with little incident beyond a bunch of lies from Kilby Blades, your reminder that I'm much more on the blue place these days, come find me there, same name
I finally started playing Hades and this is my new favorite thing even if the idea of trying to escape something over and over with an element of randomness and starting over when you fail feels a little too real.
