We had a huge amount of fun at our Summer Fair yesterday. Thank you to everyone who came. We raised a total of £1630.30! Am amazing total, which will be used to support with educational visits, OPAL play and the purchase of new reading books throughout the school.

KS2 had an amazing careers day! 5BR enjoyed all of the visitors and found out so much about the interesting jobs! They were amazingly respectful and had some brilliant questions!

Year 5 have been preparing for their class debate tomorrow based on our class read, 'Kensuke's Kingdom'. They are debating whether Kensuke should leave the island with Michael and have worked amazingly in teams to prepare their persuasive arguments.

Year 5 had the pleasure of joining a webinar ran by @AuthorsAloudUK with the amazing Joseph Coelho! We learned lots about the author, writing and genies and gave him a huge clap at the end (even if he couldn't hear us)!
