Today, I had the chance to visit Thurston Middle School in Laguna Beach Unified for a learning walk. A giant shout out to the principal, Joe Vidal, and his incredible staff. We were able to witness an engaging, welcoming, and forward-thinking school. Thanks for having us!

Had a chance today to visit @AnaheimUHSD and learn about their Community Schools. The visit was very well done and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning about how to start and implement a Community School model. A great example of shared voice and leadership.
