Kick has entirely rewritten the Community Guidelines as of March 19, 2026.
Some key points:
- They've condensed the rules (from 14 to 11) but expanded the scope. It is now much more legally precise and far stricter than before.
- New protections for minors ( bans unsupervised interactions with minors).
- New rules around Public Safety.
- Personal Safety and Self-Harm now addresses substance abuse, stunts, and other unsafe activities.
- New rules around AI/Deepfakes, including required disclosure or an outright ban on some types of content.
- More detailed Gambling rules (particularly around disclosure/age labels).
- New "Additional Standards" rules around branded content, disclosure, banned creators, and other updates.

In compliance with Australia’s Social Media Minimum Age (SMMA) law, Twitch will no longer allow Australian users under the age of 16 to have an account. Starting today, new users in Australia under the age of 16 will not be allowed to create a Twitch account, and existing Australian Twitch users under the age of 16 will have their accounts deactivated on January 9, 2026.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has announced she’ll resign from Congress in January 2026 after being called a traitor by Donald Trump for demanding the release of the Epstein files!
This is a video I really want people to watch. While I strongly disagree with most of her policy positions, she openly referred to the GOP as a cult, and that matters.
If you have a MAGA mother, father, sister, brother, cousin, or coworker, show them her original video and ask them what they think. Even better - watch it with them. Pause. Let what she’s saying sink in. A respectful question. then silence.
This can help. People exit themselves.
The goal isn’t to say “listen to her and wake up.” The goal is to ask warm, genuinely curious questions. One at a time:
• Do you think she’s making any good points?
• Do you disagree with anything she said?
• What did you think about her calling the GOP a cult?
Curiosity opens the door, not confrontation.
And who knows, maybe one day she will want to talk to me and read The Cult of Trump. I’m not holding my breath… but it would be something.
