Well after 4 prolapsed discs in my back has prevented the #1moreyear post this pre-season. However so I don’t get board I will have a new role with @fdlrugby so feel free to message me if you want to get involved with the club for the season 2026/27.

This Saturday we welcome @Ferndale_RFC to Trelyn park for our first proper pre season friendly. Our first game of 15 a side since March 2020 🤯. If you fancy getting out of the house and watching some local rugby, pop down to cheers the lads on. 2pm kick off

The men's senior team will be starting pre season next week. If you fancy an hour out the house, increase your fitness or some social interaction come along to training every Tuesday and Thursday down Trelyn park. No matter what your rugby experience is, new or old. All welcome!
