First of all, the number of neurology residency slots is now at 1236. It keeps increasing, mostly driven by categorical programs.
Not shown in this graph, but this number has more than doubled since 2011.

Does anybody understand why if I travel to Chicago from Denver and lose an hour, I barely notice it, but when I put the clocks ahead an hour on DST it messes my schedule up for a day or two?
