If you want respect as a person, business or as a nation, it starts with meeting your commitments. So much good comes from trust, built on simply keeping your word.

The first stacked #phosphorus removal structure-nitrogen bioreactor. elibrary.asabe.org/abstract.… Surprised it worked that well with such low inflow P concentrations. A mystery on how alumina removed N in this scenario. Need to construct them to handle peak flow rates.

Onsite wastewater industry: are you fed up with the beaurocracy of this industry? I frequently find myself training regulators on the regulations and how things work in the industry.

The lack of consistency with interpretation of the Ontario Building Code by building officials for permit applications is farcical. "You don't need a mantle" "I don't like those systems, I heard they don't work" "Why are you making it bigger than it needs to be?" "We don't count the bedrooms in the walk out basement" "Shallow buried trenches are too complicated" "You don't need a time dose panel as long as the pump chamber is sized properly" "The pump chamber size doesn't matter as long it has a time dose control panel" "You need 1 1/4 pipe for the SBT's" "We need the T time for the soil on the site even if you are installing a holding tank, it's part of the application."

The technical competence requirements for Onsite Wastewater Service Technicians is a substantial investment of time for training. They need to know plumbing, electrical, mechanical, wastewater processes, MECP & OBC requirements, customer service processes, data management, driver safety & work in all weather. So we don't negotiate on price, you will be glad we have availability to take care of you.
