A little update today. I’ve had countless people messaging me about the girls my inlaws took in. What started as 15 girls quickly became 20 because at around 4am they had to go and collect another five girls who were stranded on Gwangalli Beach after missing the bus. On top of that, one girl’s hotel cancelled her booking and then had the audacity to try and charge her an outrageous amount for a replacement room. Honestly, it’s an absolute disgrace. No one should have been left in that situation in the first place. Thankfully, there are still genuinely kind hearted people out there. Some of the girls will be dropped off at the venue today, while others will be taken to the airport. I’ve also heard that more residents in the Haeundae area have stepped up and opened their homes to stranded people who had nowhere else to go. The fact that ordinary people are having to clean up this mess says everything.
