Busy day in Blackburn today - I tested almost 80 people’s blood pressure and pulses with a few referrals to GPs , lots of healthy eating conversations with fabulous home grown veg and was rewarded with a very tasty biriani and samosas @innovationnwc @harrilscft #knowyournumbers
