This is terrible news today. It's a venue with significant meaning for me over the years, just as an audience member. But READ their post about the situation. There needs to be a way to subsidise/fund grassroots venues for the future of live music. Way TOO many struggling.

This is v v sad. Moles was one of the 1st places I visited in Bath in the 90s. THANK YOU for the A memories: Oasis, Supergrass, knocking myself out headbutting a speaker 😂, my son's 1st performance 🥁, then his band > final of 'Battle of the Bands' this year.

Am all for companies embracing WhatsApp etc. for customer service but @Churchill - it took me NINETY minutes on WhatsApp to change a date-of-birth (which was out by 2 days) on my car insurance?!!
That's not utilising "instant messaging" is it, it's just marketing optics.

Web people – a client's appearing on a mainstream TV programme in the UK. Anyone have any data (however vague) on how this sort of thing can impact traffic to a business website? We're trying to prep servers and make sure things keep running. Any advice gratefully received!

Realise this is a very vague thing. We're hopefully OK on all the server tech and config - host is being great on that. It's more a question of HOW (quantitatively) does a broadcast TV show impact visitors to a website. I know there are so many factors!
