Two questions kept landing in the Tandemu inbox after v0.4:

The integration template is small enough now that "does this agent have slash commands MCP?" is mostly the whole question.

The real work was below the slash commands.
v0.4 had skills that hardcoded ~/.claude/ paths everywhere. Fine for Claude, broken for any other agent.
v0.5 routes everything through a single env loader at ~/.config/tandemu/lib/tandemu-env.sh.

The loader does the work:
β Probes per-agent auth files until it finds one
β Exports a universal task-state directory
β Derives the OTLP endpoint from the API host (pause telemetry stops silently dropping on remote collectors)
Two install paths both ship it.
