Today a new employee calls. Most clueless. Doesn’t even know the AC is in the workshop. Quotes a previous mechanics name. Tells me to go to Daikin. Then quotes old mechanic. The totally confused, decides to call back in 2 minutes. Been 3 hours since.

Feels like I’m begging a girlfriend who blocked me, to communicate. The bot decides “if” you are good enough to get a call. Or else you wait and wish and hope and pray. Each technician repeats m same process every single time. Talk about toxic relationship

In lieu of expansion, there seems to be zero quality checks @abhirajbhal @urbancompany_UC or SOP’s. Operating like a classic Mom and Pop shop now. Extremely frustrated. And will most definitely move to other alternatives.

Hey @abhirajbhal I was an absolute @urbancompany_UC fan. Used it and recommended it to everyone I know. The last experience has left me shattered, with misdiagnosis, inexperienced technicians, untrained backend and incorrect estimates. (1/2)

I honestly don’t understand the concept of first cum first for a show that has various price categories. Keep a premiere section. Separate entrance. Separate queue. Allocated seats. Price it fairly. 3x for exclusivity. Pretty simple.

Most terrible service by @KFC_India ordered from their APP. 3 hours later, all I have are incorrect updates, a map that doesn’t work, clueless customer “executives” who will “callback” and worthless support from 7 agents refusing to take onus. Absolute disaster.

Why is there is no native Jio app (like JioTV or MyJio) for the PS5? JioHotstar would be a pleasure on my PS5 that natively supports Amazon, Netflix, Apple and every other platform. @JioHotstar all the best shows on Jio. Please make the app available.
