Lads, it's insane just how worth living this life becomes.
Just do the following -
1 - Work out regularly. I don't care what it is, just do something. Climb up small hills, play football or any other sport that forces you to move all the time, not some bitch ass sport like carrom or fully cricket where you stand for 30 mins as a fielder and then get bowled the first fucking ball.
Stimulate your body. Melt down that fat. Burn your obesity. And you'll feel the burst of hope in your psyche.
2 - Ear better food. Cook omlettes for breakfast, have milk regularly, eat good cheese and dry fruits, invest in some good quality coffee and not that cheap ass Nescafe/bru (saved my life in college tho, so no hate), have less junk from MacD or whatever you young bozos have these days.
Lé body is a temple lads. Worship it.
3 - Quite any form of alcohol and/or drugs, including cigarettes.
Learn to suffer sober. It is only then that you shall know what sweetness does the peace of beating adversity bring to your soul.
4 - Uninstall Instagram. Trust me, nobody will give a fuck.
I am off that app since Jan 2025, and man of man, my life has never known this level of peace. I am unaware of any drama within my once-group of so-called friends, I don't know any trend, I don't know any viral song or dance; instead, I found out that the place behind my society has a killer sunset that I can catch almost daily.
I found that life is what happens around me, and not what some random dickhead shows on a screen for 24 hours before the next highlight is posted.
5 - Hunt for a purpose, and if your haven't found one yet, keep fucking looking.
6 - Something that I still don't do, but yeah, SLEEP better. I ain't got no wisdom for this, but I've heard great things from those who do, so go ahead and give it a try.
Do these for 30 days minimum, and tell me how it feels. Trust me. It'll work.
